Returns
We do not accept returns, only exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and/or unworn and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at sales@naiatulum.com and we will give you indications on how to proceed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
